RecycleMania is a friendly competition among college and university recycling programs in North America. CURC has been an organizer and strong supporter of RecycleMania since its inception.

Over a 10-week period, schools compete to see which institution can collect the largest amount of recycling from their campuses. Schools report measurements on a weekly basis with several categories to compete in. More than 600 schools registered for the 2011 competition, which runs from late January through early April each year.
